5 timely applications per year — early spring, late spring, summer, early fall, and late fall — fully customized to your lawn

Application Breakdown:

Early Spring — Balanced slow-release fertilizer with pre-emergent to prevent crabgrass and grassy weeds. Precise timing is critical: too early creates weak top growth and later disease; we build strong roots instead.

Late Spring — Balanced fertilizer plus targeted broadleaf weed control

In June/July we apply a Season-Long Grub Control — Guaranteed protection included in the program

Summer — Special heat-stress fertilizer with weed control to keep your lawn green and strong through the toughest months

Early Fall — Recovery fertilizer to repair summer damage, plus essential weed control. This step prevents next spring’s dandelions (we treat small plants now before seed heads form — two cycles of control for lasting results).

Late Fall (Winterizer) — Nutrients absorbed before dormancy and stored for explosive spring growth — reduces or eliminates the need for risky early-spring fertilizer

Why our approach is more effective

We never use blanket weed sprays that can girdle roots and injure turf. Instead, we apply granular fertilizers and low-volume, targeted weed control for maximum results without all the pesticides.
